Have you ever woke up in the morning and felt the feeling, “I do not want to do anything today” or “Ugh, I do not want to go to work” or “working out is so tiring, I am just going to sleep in today”? I guarantee that you have, several times and on many days. It always seems like there is always something that is pushing us to just stop whether it be ourselves or things around us. Even if we have amazing good habits like reading a self-help book every night before you go to bed or making sure that you go for a run in the morning, we all still struggle. However, it can be less of a struggle if we develop the right mindset. This mindset is focusing on your long term goals and what you truly desire. It is what helps you keep going and constantly pushes you for what you want instead of just giving up.
Lately, it has been really difficult for me to get into this mindset, but I am working on it every day. I keep motivating myself every single day to get into this mindset, because I want so much more in life than what I have now. When I wake up, I wash my face, do an intense work out for 5 minutes, and read my Bible. These are all things that I can easily get done in less than 30 minutes. Even though I have been doing this routine for months and have become fairly easy for me, I still have the voice in the back in my head to just stop and watch YouTube videos instead. But I ignore the voice and keep pushing forward. The reason why is I know that if I keep working out, my body will become better. If I keep reading my Bible, my faith and my personal development will improve. If I keep washing my face, my skin will improve and will become clearer. Every day is an amazing day to keep with the good habits so you can push for your success and what you want in life
Success is built up every single day
If you went to the gym tomorrow and it was your first day, do you think you would have the perfect 6-pack and be able to run a marathon when you were done? No of course not, you have to constantly go back to the gym every week to build yourself up. This example is applicable to every aspect in your life, whether it is your career, relationships, sports, etc. You have to put in the work every day to achieve your success. This is why you need good strong daily habits. With a strong habit, you will do the activity every day that you have to do it. You will constantly continue your habits instead of easily falling back into actions that are counterproductive.
When you complete your habits, you will grow as an individual; however, the success will not come immediately. You will probably not be able to tell immediately or even after several weeks, but you will be constantly improving and growing. You just have to keep at it and have faith that you will achieve your goals. Because I guarantee that if you started working out tomorrow and had a regiment of working out 4 times a week, your body will look even better than before in 3 months. Therefore, build your habits today and start working on yourself in order for you to achieve your success.
Establish your success by your daily habits
There is so much to life and there is so much to accomplish. If you want to have success or see the results of an action, then you need to put in the work every single day. You need the good strong habits that will build you up and keep you on track to achieve your desires. Do not stop and listen to the voice in the back of your head to stop. Keep on pushing and follow your good habits.
